I am Husna Naleer, a Young Deaf woman. It's not always easy to put myself out there in such a public way, but I enjoy the opportunity to share my thoughts and some of my most personal moments with a growing community.
Every personal website has a reason for its creation, and here's mine. Throughout my interactions with people, I discovered that none of them have met a Deaf person or are aware of the deaf community. This motivated me to publish Insight into the deaf world to dispel misconceptions and help bridge the gap between hearing and deaf people.
